The Wentz Foundation provides emergency financial assistance to patients with a cancer diagnosis who are receiving active cancer treatment. In addition, grant applicants must be Colorado residents (with valid identification) and 18 years old or older. Only one request per 12-month periord will be accepted. Applicants may receive a lifetime maximum of two awards from The Wentz Foundation.
